The re-arranged Town Hall meeting with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council held by Greener Basingstoke on November 12th was attended by around 40 people. Council Leader Cllr Simon Bound and Cllr Hayley Eachus, Cabinet Member for the Environment and Climate, presented their plans for tackling the climate emergency and tried to answer the 41 questions submitted to them in advance.
The meeting was chaired with efficiency and warmth by Greener Basingstoe deputy chair Rowan Harding who also submitted some questions from those present.
